In August, RePyro participated in the WKO Superconnector Startup Challenge organized by Junge Wirtschaft, using the opportunity to present one of the company’s most important current scale-up challenges.
The opportunity: Pitching your most important scale-up challange in under two minutes
RePyro is currently taking the next major step from technology development toward industrial implementation. While the technical scale-up is progressing, this transition also requires a clear understanding of the regulatory and permitting framework for larger-scale operation. Questions related to plant approval, environmental requirements, safety, emissions, operating permits, and the classification of feedstock and products are becoming increasingly important as the technology moves closer to commercial deployment.
At the Superconnector Startup Challenge, RePyro presented this challenge with a clear goal: to connect with experienced experts, industry partners, authorities, and specialists who can support the company in navigating these regulatory questions efficiently and practically.
For RePyro, the challenge was therefore not only a pitching opportunity, but also an important step in building the right network for the next phase of growth. By combining technological innovation with early regulatory preparation, RePyro aims to create a robust pathway from demonstration to industrial-scale deployment and accelerate the commercialization of its recycling technology.
